Introducing an All-New Menu at State & Allen Kitchen + Bar!

Extra! Extra! We’ve got big news, people!

As of March 10, State & Allen Kitchen + Bar will be releasing an all-new menu! Don’t worry, we haven’t done away with any of your long-standing favorites, but we have taken into account specials you’ve loved, new chef ideas, etc., and found a way to make these dishes a permanent spot on the menu. So what’s new? Read on to learn more about some of the exciting changes we’ve made to our S&A menu:

Expanded Brunch

Dallasites love to brunch, and if you haven’t brunched with us in a while, now is the time for another visit. We have kept old favorites on the menu – like the Breakfast Pizza and The Giant that you all love – but we have also added some delicious new offerings. How about Banana Pancakes soaked in delicious maple syrup? Or Pulled Pork Huevos Rancheros? These mouthwatering menu options will be available for our all-new weekend brunch, starting Saturday, March 13 from 10 am-3 pm.

Three New Silver Bowl Salad Offerings

Since the beginning, the “Original” Silver Bowl Salad has been one of our most popular dishes. Recently we were thinking – how can we make this salad even better?! Sure, it is hard to improve on the original, but we have tried with not one – but THREE – new Silver Bowl Salad choices!

You Asked; We Answered: Welcome the Bacon & Brie Grilled Cheese

We value your feedback, and when we released the Bacon & Brie Grilled Cheese as a January special, our regulars begged that we add it to the regular menu. We are excited to share that it will now be available permanently, as of March 10! 

 Bistro Menu Offerings

Our Bistro Menu is expanding, offering savory new options to make any evening memorable. We are excited to begin offering a Pepper Dusted Filet Mignon, Smokey Honey-Glazed Pork Chops, and Crab Crusted Salmon. Pair these new Bistro favorites with a glass of wine and your favorite cocktail, and you have the perfect dinner with friends, for date night, or any night!
