The Original Silver Bowl Salad
The Original Silver Bowl Salad is hands down our most popular menu offering, and if you haven’t tried it yet, it’s time! This salad has it all! Loads of veggies, variety, crunch, and not 1 – but 2! – delicious dressings drizzled on top. We start with a bed of crispy romaine lettuce, then pile on oranges, grapes, peppers, bacon bits, and spicy chicken. Lastly, we lightly drizzle on our house Caesar and Balsamic Vinaigrette dressings. Like we said earlier, this is our most popular dish for good reason!
Mediterranean Salad
The flavors of Europe flood into this dish, loaded with fresh olives, tomatoes, red peppers, and artichokes, and served with warm pita and hummus. We use our own Feta Vinaigrette salad dressing on this salad and you can add an optional protein to the top if you’d like: avocado, chicken, shrimp, or portobello mushroom. (These protein choices are optional additions on all salads!)
Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna
A great Asian inspired salad is hard to find, but you can trust our chefs at State & Allen – one of the good restaurants in Dallas – to make this one delicious every time. Rare seared tuna adorns a bed of cabbage, carrots, jicama, cucumbers, radishes, and peanuts, and is lightly covered in Peanut Vinaigrette.
