Chicken & Waffles

What is it about Chicken & Waffles that is just so good? Something about the sweet and the savory flavors together gets us every time. Apparently, everyone loves it because it’s a hit on our weekend brunch menu. We start with crispy fried chicken breast, then pair with sweet Belgian waffles topped with whipped butter and maple syrup. Add the 2 eggs that are served with it, and you are set! Don’t worry, we can roll you out of here.

S&A Eggs & Bacon

Ahhh – a classic. The State & Allen Eggs & Bacon is brunch perfection. It’s hard to go wrong with eggs cooked the way you like ‘em, crispy smoked bacon, toast, and our potato bacon hash. If you’re really hungry, we have The Giant, which is all the goodness of the S&A Bacon & Eggs but also adds in biscuits and gravy to sop up every last morsel. Also awesome with our brunch Bloody Mary bar in Uptown.

Eggwich

A simple handheld sandwich gets a breakfast twist. We start with a flaky, buttery croissant, then add eggs, ham, cheese sauce, and crispy onions for the perfect blend of flavors. Of course, you’ll still get our potato bacon hash on the side too! So good but even better when paired with a fabulous brunch cocktail!

Steak & Eggs

We’re in Texas and steak for breakfast is perfectly acceptable. Get your 8 oz. steak (cooked like you like it), 2 eggs (also cooked like you like them), toast, and of course, that potato hash everyone raves about. J.R. Ewing would approve.
